2. Mention the key characteristics of the Advocates Act, 1961 with the detail discussion of All

Practical Training – IV (90)

Mention the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court to be followed by the special
courts while trying a case under the POCSO Act. (15)

2. Discuss in detail with the facts, legal issues and judgement in the case of Navtej Singh
Johar v. Union of India A.I.R. 2018 SC 4321 which decriminalises homosexuality among
consenting adults in India.(15)
3. Write a detailed report on the internship diary maintained in a lawyers’ chamber for one
