Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions. These terms and
conditions should be read carefully as they include very important information.

1. Check-In counter opens 3 hours prior to flight departure time. Check-In counter
closes 1 hour to departure time.
2. Tickets once issued are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Any changes will incur penalty fees
3. NO-SHOWS are NON- REFUNDABLE.
4. All firearms and ammunition must be declared at Check-In.
5. Boarding may be denied if you are unruly, rude, drunk, or violent.
6. Excess baggage may be carried subject to space availability and at an extra fee.
7. It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary valid
documents, including visas, to meet the immigration requirements of their destination
where applicable.
8. All checked-in passengers will be required to show their Passport, or National ID with a
photograph, for identification purposes.
9. Infants will include those of age 24 months or below. The infant’s birth certificate or
birth notification slip must be presented.
10. Freedom Airlines reserves the right to change departure times or carrier when so
required for operational, weather or safety reasons.
11. Carrier undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the passenger and baggage with
reasonable dispatch. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Carrier assumes no
responsibility to making connections.
12. Freedom Airline may, without prior notice, substitute carriers or aircraft and may or may
not omit the stopping place previously agreed upon.
13. Freedom Airlines provides the services of the following aircrafts: - Embraer 120 and the
Fokker 50. There are some restrictions caused due to the size and type of the aircraft. In
particular some bags may be affected due to size.
14. Freedom Airline reserves the right to use any type of aircraft on any route.
15. Freedom Airline accepts no responsibility towards flight cancellation, postponements,
diverting or returning to the operations base due to adverse weather, bad runway
conditions or any reasons beyond our control.
16. Passengers shall comply with government travel requirements and must present entry or
exit documents as required by the regulator. Arrive at the airport at a time as required by
the carrier to be able to complete the required check-in procedures.
