Important Notes:
It is the passengers' responsibility to ensure that they have necessary valid documents, including visas, to meet the immigration requirements of their destination. Jubba
Airways is a point­to­point Airline and do not take any responsibility for transfer/connections of passengers or their baggage to other flights, operated by another carrier.
Jubba Airways is not liable for any losses or expenses arising out of any failure to board a planned connection. Upon cancellation or delay of its flight due to any
unforeseen circumstances, Jubba Airways will not provide or compensate for accommodation nor will it provide for any alternate mode of travel. 

Check­In Reporting Time:
Passengers must report for check­in 3:00 hours before flight departure. Passengers failing to report for check­in on time will not be accepted for travel and will forfeit
their bookings. 

Lost Baggage:
Never put Cash, Jewellery, Electronic equipment, computers in the checked­in baggage, as Jubba Airways will not be liable for any loss or damage. If the baggage on
arrival is found to be missing, passenger must file a complaint with Jubba Airways representative immediately. If Jubba Airways is unable to retrieve your lost baggage
and declares it lost and unrecoverable, then the compensation process is activated. As per IATA guidelines, passenger is entitled for claim with maximum liability of
Jubba Airways being limited to USD 20 per kg. 

Unaccompanied Minors:
Jubba Airways do not accept children traveling unaccompanied under the age of 12 years Infants under the age of 2 weeks cannot be accepted for travel. 

Ticket Refunds, Cancellation and Changes:
Refunds are processed and paid by original Ticket Issuing Agent only. For flight modifications/cancellation, passengers pay the change fee PLUS the difference in the
fare, if any. Same fare is not guaranteed. Exchanges are allowed for the same sector only.
