UNDER MANAGEMENT QUOTA SEATS IN PRIVATE UN–AIDED
NON–MINORITY/ MINORITY MEDICAL AND NON-MINORITY
DENTAL COLLEGES INCLUDING ARMY DENTAL COLLEGE IN THE
STATE OF TELANGANA FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-22
A. Regulations:

The following are the Regulations for admission of students into

Management Quota (Category -B and Category -C (NRI) ) MBBS / BDS
Courses in Private Un – Aided Non – Minority/Minority Medical and Non
- Minority Dental Colleges including Army Dental College in the state of
Telangana for the year 2021-22.

i) The candidate should have qualified in NEET UG - 2021 exam by securing

marks of cut off score and above.
ii) NEET UG - 2021 merit ranks shall be the basis for the selection into MBBS
and BDS Courses subject to these regulations.
iii) Total number of seats under Management quota expected for the academic
year 2021-22 for Medical / Dental Courses in Private Medical Dental
Colleges including Army Dental College is given in the Annexure-I.
iv) Tuition Fee structure will be as notified by the State Government.
v) In case any new MBBS/BDS seats are permitted by MCI/DCI in private
Medical and Dental colleges affiliated to the University for the Academic
Year 2021-22, those seats also will be filled up. NO FURTHER
NOTIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED.
vi) Seats in Army Dental College are reserved for Army wards as per AWES
Regulations.
vii) Seats in Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges are reserved for Muslim
Minority Candidates only. In case Muslim Minority Candidates are not
available the seats may be filled up with Non- Minority students up to
maximum of 30% during Mopup Phase of counseling.

B. Eligibility:
i. Candidates from all over the country are eligible for admission into
Management quota seats Category -B and C (NRI) for UG Medical and Dental
Courses as per National Medical Commission / Dental Council of India / KNR
University of Health Sciences.

ii) The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its
equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany,
Zoology)/ Biotechnology and English.
 a) OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in
science subjects.
b) BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40%
marks in science subjects.
iii) Candidates should have qualified at NEET UG - 2021

iv) The candidates should secure the following cut-off scores in

NEET UG-2021 conducted by CBSE, New Delhi for the year 2021-22.

for eligibility purpose and will not be applicable for reservation
as there are no reservation under Management Quota.
viii) Foreign Students / NRI candidates are eligible for admission into MBBS
and BDS Courses under Management Quota NRI Category –Seats.
Candidates should specifically put the option for NRI Category in the on-
line application to be considered for NRI Category.
ix) *Candidates who have already applied for Convener Quota Seats in
response to this University earlier notification are also eligible to apply
for the management quota seats, but they have to apply afresh.
x) Candidates possessing qualification of the University / Board of an
institution outside the Telangana State should submit Eligibility /
Equivalence certificate from the Board of Intermediate Education of
Telangana, to the effect that the qualification possessed is equivalent to or
higher than Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of
Intermediate Education of Telangana at the time of admission into the
college.
xi) Candidates possessing qualification of the University / Board of an
institution outside INDIA should submit Eligibility / Equivalence
certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi and
Eligibility/ Equivalence certificate issued from the Board of
Intermediate Education of Telangana to the effect that the qualification
 possessed is equivalent to or higher than Intermediate examination
conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana at the
time of admission into the college.
C. AGE:
The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2021.
The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2021 are not eligible to
apply. The candidates born on or after 02-01-2004 are not eligible for admission into
MBBS/BDS Courses.
D. NRI Quota eligibility :
i) Admission to NRI seats will be made on the basis of NEET-UG-2021
ranks of candidates eligible for NRI quota and registered online.

ii) NRI Financially supporting the candidate must be a blood relative such as
Father/ Mother/ Brother/Sister/ Uncle/ Aunt only and should submit a
declaration to that effect.
iii) Candidate opting for NRI seat must furnish the photocopies of following
supporting documents.
1 NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by
embassy of respective country under their seal.
2) Copy of NRI Bank account pass book of the financial supporter.
3) Copy of Pass port of NRI financial supporter.
Note: a) If, enough number of NRI candidates are not available, the left
over seats of NRI Category may be filled-up with willing
candidates of management quota merit list during the final
phase of counseling. Candidates are informed that the same fee
of NRI category is applicable for these seats.
b) If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or
concealed any relevant information regarding this matter, such
candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case
already admitted, the admission will be cancelled. Further
disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the University.
Note:

of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana.

ii. The registration fee and processing fee once paid will not be
refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates
are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before
applying for determining merit.
 iii. Candidate should clearly specify in the on-line application whether
he is opting for B-Category or C- Category (NRI) or both B & C
Categoriesof Management Quota.

iv. The Original Certificates submitted by the admitted candidates who

withdraws from the Course, before the last date of free exit as notified
by the university will be returned without penalty.

v. Vacant seats after each round of counseling will be filled up in

subsequent rounds of counseling. The date and time of Counseling
will be notified by the Committee for Admissions on KNR UHS web-
site.

E. ONLINE APPLICATIONS :

a) The on-line application form for determining merit position

in respective categories for Management Quota seats using
NEET UG – 2021 scores will be available on the website
https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ from 8.00 AM on 06-02-2022 to
5.00 PM on 13-02-2022.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the

Prospectus / Instructions to fill the application from
the website http://www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in or
https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/before proceeding to fill
the application form.

b) The candidate should fill the online application form

available in the Website and upload all necessary
certificates with the data required for through Computer /
Mobile with data connection. The online application form
can be filled through any computer with Internet
connection or mobile with data connection. The candidate
is advised to fill the online application form after going
through the Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates,
scanned Photo and Signature in the jpg/.gif format
separately (as shown below) (step-1) and ready to enter
his/her correct data and upload the certificates, photo and
signature after the payment of application fee through
Online.
F. Registration and Processing fee is Rs. 6300/- (Rupees Six Thousand Three
hundreds only) Bank transaction charges extra.
G. PROCEDURE OF FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION AND PROCEDURE
FOR ONLINE PAYMENT:

(a) Latest passport size photo.

(b) Admit card and Score Card – NEET – UG 2021.

(c) Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent certificate).

(d) Aadhar Card

(e) Original Study Certificate(s)

(f) Latest Category certificate in case of BC/SC/ST
candidates issued by Competent Authority ( if applicable
for NEET Cut-off score eligibility under category) .
(g) Category/ Muslim Minority Certificate issue by Competent
Authority of Government if applicable.
(h) Equivalency Certificate from Board of intermediate education

(i) The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or
Net Banking.

(j) The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable and

not adjusted to a future date under any circumstances

1. Open the website https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in Home page displayed as follows.

There are 4 steps to register for UG admission program i.e

a. Mobile and Email Registration,
b. Candidate Registration (Payment of fee),
c. Updating of data
d. Uploading of Certificates.

2. Monitor Resolution to be set to maximum, Best viewed in 1920 X1080 pixels.

3. Click on the Mobile and Email Registration. The candidate should have a valid /working Mobile and Email Id. OTP will be sent to
registered Mobile and Email Id at different stages. The candidate should keep the Mobile and Email Id active till completions of
the counselling process. The candidate has to enter OTP’s received to mobile and Email Id for registration and Verification of
Mobile and Email Id.
4. After entering the details click on validate button.

5. If all the details entered are correct and verified with OTP’s your system will display a successful message and proceed to
registration form
6. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details.

7. After entering the details click on validate button It will take you to the Payment Gate way for payment of fee.
8. If all the details entered are correct your system will display payment reference number Button to proceed for payment.
Fee once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions mentioned
in the Prospectus yourself and pay the fee.

9. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway, Click OK

11. After payment you will receive a Successful Payment message on the screen and you will receive the Registration
number to your mobile. Please note down the registration number for further correspondence

12. For updating the details of the candidate enter Roll Number and the Registration number and click on validate
button to enter into the Application form.
13. The application form will be displayed as shown below. You have to fill the details and upload Passport Size Photo and
Signature(Note: Scanned photo and Signature should be less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format)
14. After filling the form, click on Save
and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered are
correct using Data Updation link on the Home page. Then click on Upload Certificates Button to proceed
for document attachments.
15. After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Save and Print, You will get your filled in application form, take
printout of this form for further assistance. If you click on Print Application button you will get earlier saved data.

Do's and Don'ts

Do not use mobiles, tabs & Ipads. Use Desk tops Computers or Laptops with Internet Explorer.
Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.
Avoid using slow internet facility.
Keep your mobile with you while applying and do not block SMS.
Sample Certificates through which certificate numbers are to be entered in the application
H. Penal action :

i. Candidates will not be permitted to withdraw from the course

after the last date of free exit notified by university. Candidates
who have joined the course are not permitted to withdraw from
the course after closure of admissions. If Candidates want to
discontinue the course after last date of free exit/ after closure of
admission they have to pay discontinuation fee of Rs.3,00,000/- (
Rupees Three Lakhs only ) to the University and will also be
debarred for three years from admissions in to same course in
colleges under KNRUHS.

ii. The candidate selected in the mop up phase of counseling will

not be permitted to cancel the selection. All the selected
candidates shall submit an undertaking that he / she will pay the
tuition fee for the entire course along with discontinuation fee of
Rs. 3-Lakhs to University as mentioned in G.O.114 HM&FW(C1)
Dept. Dated: 5-7-2017. Candidates will also be debarred for three
years from admissions in to same course in colleges under
KNRUHS to avoid wastage of seats.

I. MERIT LISTS:

The merit position of the candidates applied online in response to

the notification issued by KNRUHS for management quota seats shall be
determined as per NEET-UG-2021 scores and as per their eligibility
criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines viz:
i. As per UG Medical Regulations of MCI/NMC, the candidates who
secure minimum of marks at 50 th percentile (40th
percentile for SC/ST/BC candidates in NEET UG –
2021 are eligible for admission into Medical and
Dental Courses only for the purpose of qualification
as there are no reservations under Management
Quota

ii. The University will notify merit position of eligible

candidates after verification of online scanned
documents uploaded by the candidates and issue
schedule for counseling.
  THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS FOR SC / ST, BC IN ALL THE
CATEGORIES OF THE MANAGEMENT QUOTA SEATS.

 THERE ARE NO OTHER RESERVATIONS.

 MINORITY MEDICAL COLLEGES SEATS WILL BE FILLED WITH

MUSLIM MINORITY CATEGORY CANDIDATES ONLY.

 IN CASE, MUSLIM MINORITY CANDIDATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE

TO TAKE THE SEATS, THEY WILL BE ALLOTTED TO NON-
MINORITY STUDENTS IN THE LAST PHASE OF COUNSELING

J. Fee Structure:

i) University Fee: Allotted candidates have to pay non – refundable

University fee through payment gate way for downloading the
allotment order, as given below.

ii) Tuition fee: to be paid as notified by the Government of Telangana

Note –1: The candidates selected against Management Quota
Category-B & C (NRI Quota) Seats shall pay the tuition
fee as notified for management Quota seat on the day of
reporting in the form of Demand Draft in the name of the
Principal of the respective college on the day of
admission to the college. If the candidate fails to pay the
tuition fee within the specified time of joining, the
admission will be cancelled automatically.

K. Powers of the Admission Committee:

The Admission Committee shall have the power to revise its decision in
any case and to direct the Principal concerned to take further action either to
select or to cancel the selection, or to admit or cancel the admission before the
closure of admissions. Selections shall not be questioned after closure of
admissions.
 L. POWERS OF PRINCIPALS:

Not withstanding anything contained in these regulations, the Principals of Medical

Colleges in the State may at any time before completion of the Under Graduate course
either on his own motion or on the application of any person after due and proper enquiry
and after giving the person two weeks time from the date of the receipt of the show cause
notice to submit a written explanation and or on a personal hearing, order the
cancellation of admission to the course, if in his opinion, such candidate had furnished
incorrect particulars or false information in the application form or in the documents
attached thereto or in the Statements made either before the authority In-charge of
admissions or the Principal or any other manner. Against any such order of the Principal,
an appeal shall lie to the Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, Telangana.

M. POWERS OF THE KNR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES: KNR

University of Health Sciences, may either suomoto or on an application made to them,
call for and examine the records relating to any selection or admission or cancellation
thereof in respect of the admission made by the concerned authority, for the purpose of
satisfying themselves as to the correctness of legality or propriety of such selection or
cancellation and pass such order in relation there to as they deem fit including
cancellation of the selection already published or admission already made, provided that
the University may, before canceling such selection or admission, give an opportunity to
the authority and to the person affected to showcause against such cancellation.
University has every right to cancel the admission of any candidate without any notice, if
the certificates produced by the candidate are found to be fake / false/forged.

N. Discipline:

The students shall maintain strict discipline during the period of study/training program. The
candidates shall not resort to any strikes during the period of their study. The students are not
permitted in criticizing the policies of the Institute/University either before the print or
electronic media. Their grievances (if any) may be submitted to the Dean/Principal through
proper channel. They are not permitted to approach the legal authorities/ NMC/Govt. without
prior permission by the Institution and University. In case of violation of the conduct rules,
the admission of the candidate is liable for cancellation apart from invoking the terms and
conditions of the bond.
 O. Ragging:

Ragging is prohibited in the Educational Institutions of State of Telangana and students shall
not involve in ragging which may lead to serious consequences including cancellation of seat
and punishments as per law.
P. Any candidate who has applied online and uploaded certificates for verification and
exercises web options for web based counseling is deemed to have read the
Prospectus and shall abide by all conditions and clauses of the Prospectus.

Note : All the dates are tentative and the University reserves the right to change them without
assigning any reason or advance notice.

Q. The Regulations of KNR University of Health Sciences are applicable with

regard to break of study, cancellation and re-admission.
