Hello and welcome to this 7- Day Feminine Transformation.
I would firstly like to introduce myself - my name is Katerina and I'm
the founder of the blog By Katerina.

I made this workbook for you so you can enjoy and take advantage
of your inner feminine. There are so many benefits to everything you
are about to learn in this workbook. I myself stumbled upon many
roadblocks in my feminine journey. It wasn't until I came to true
alignment with my feminine energy.

Hopefully, after going through the workbook, you'll be excited to


enjoy and embrace being a woman in your own unique way.

This workbook is divided into 7 main sections. One section per day.
Each section is packed with exercises, guided meditations and
journaling prompts to help you better understand your femininity.

This workbook will be yours forever, so if you want to take a break


for a few days, or come back to it later, you can!

I recommend you follow the sections by day as they are designed


in the workbook. But always listen to yourself and take all the time
you need.

I hope each page in this workbook will be a beautiful burst of


positivity to start or end your day with on this 7-day journey.

What is feminine?

Everyone has feminine and masculine energy within themselves.


Masculine energy is not just exclusive to men. And feminine energy
is not present in women. Everybody has both.

The thing is that many of our feminine characteristics have been


suppressed for too long. Many of us, women, have built our image
in resistance to what femininity should be or shouldn't be. All we do
is try to get acceptance and approval, instead of being genuine. This
does not allow us to be who we really are.

The purpose of this workbook is to guide you through rediscovering


your authentic femininity so you can live to your fullest.

WHAT'S KEEPING YOU BACK?

To allow your femininity to express itself, you need to release the


things that disallow your true feminine essence from expressing
itself.

Do you know what is really holding you back from your femininity?
Most of us don't. There is something invisible that is affecting our life
in negative ways ... SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEFS!

Asking yourself the right questions is your opportunity to find what


those beliefs are.

WHAT UNPLEASANT OR FEARFUL THOUGHTS DO I

What keeps me from being open, receptive, inviting, soft, warm, sensitive, and
expressive? List all thoughts that come to your mind.

Example answer: I cannot afford to be in my femininity and softness. No one


will protect me and take care of me. I am never safe. I need to protect myself.

WHEN DID I CREATE THOSE BELIEFS? WHAT


HAPPENED?
Try to go back in time. When did you decide to adopt these beliefs as reality?

Example answer: I had a chaotic childhood. Divorce in my family and constant


moving. I think I never felt safe.
WHAT DID I LEARN ABOUT FEMININITY FROM MY
MOTHER?
Or your grandma, sister, aunt. How have women around you impacted how you
think about femininity?

Example answer: I learned that femininity is weak. I saw my mum taking care of
the whole household and she was able to do that by being overly masculine. I
never had a good feminine role model.

HOW ARE THESE BELIEFS IMPACTING MY LIFE NOW?

Example answer: I attract the wrong type of men. I feel unprotected and
unsafe. I feel like I have to do everything on my own. It’s a lot of pressure. I feel
like I need to compete with my toughness.
WHAT WOULD MY LIFE BE LIKE WITHOUT THESE
BELIEFS?
Example answer: Maybe I would open myself to the option that I can be
protected. That I don’t need to do all the work. I would be open to receiving
help much easier. I would feel much more relaxed.

AM I WILLING TO LET GO OF THESE BELIEFS? IS THE


NEW POSSIBLE LIFE EXCITING ENOUGH?
Example answer: I think a part of me is very excited to let these beliefs go. A
part of me is very excited about this new life. I know that part of me is my real
me. My intuition, my truth. I know more and more I am moving towards opening
myself up.

RELEASE YOUR RESISTANCE

Feminine is the nature of who you are.

You don't need to create it.

All you need to do is to clear the negative thoughts and actions that
are preventing your feminine from shining through.

Nothing is more effective in unleashing your feminine than releasing


resistance. When you release resistance, your femininity is flowing
through you.

In the next exercise, you will find out in which specific aspects of the
feminine you hold resistance. Then you will release this resistance
with a short journaling exercise.

Pick any aspects which cause you to feel any type of
resistance or negative feeling. Skip any that feels neutral or

REMINDER
This exercise do not tell you, if these things are
right or wrong. Nor whether you should do them
or not! The goal of this exercise is to simply
identify any resistance you feel!

Example: You do not need to wear make-up in


order to be feminine. But if you feel negative
emotion when other women wear make-up, you
are hurting the feminine within you.
Take all the points you SELECTED on the previous page ONE
BY ONE through this journaling exercise.

my period and I can't work toward my goals. I can't change
the situation, I am not in control. I am frustrated.

I would feel more empowered and in charge of my
energy. I would study my cycle and try to become my
best friends with it.

I would put energy into trying to understand my cycle and


my body. I would heal my hormonal imbalance. One-day
periods could be empowering time for me to focus on self-
care and self-love.

What is my new empowering belief?


I am not a victim of my periods. I can be in charge of
my energy and moods. I can study how my cycle and
periods work and I can optimize my life so that
periods empower me.

HEAL YOUR WOUNDS

WHAT CAUSES WOUNDED FEMININE?

Wounded feminine energy is caused by unsafe, traumatic, and/or


abusive experiences in our past.

Hiding your feminine side is a way how you try to protect yourself.
It’s a coping strategy to feel more in control and in power.

This usually stems from the belief that:

“If I am too open and feminine, I will be hurt again.”


“If I am too vulnerable, people will take advantage of me.”
“I can’t trust anyone, they all just want something from me.”

HOW TO HEAL THE FEMININE?

Healing your feminine energy is possible and easier than


you think.

Your feminine energy is always there, inside you. All you


need to do is to reconnect with it.
