PART 1.

1) Where are you from? I am from Malaga.

Hi, I am Laura. The reason why I want to join this club is because I love painting and
drawing and I would like to learn more about this.

Paul: Hi, welcome to the club! When did you start to be interested in art?
Were you too young?
Hi, thanks. Since I was a child I loved painting. I reckon that I begin to paint in the
school. My teacher said me that I was very good in art and in the future I will a artist.

Sam: Welcome! Who is the most popular painter in your country?

I live in Malaga (Spain) and the most popular painter is Picasso, he painted wonderful
paintings. Picasso painted abstrac things and he used a lot of colours.

Alicia: What is the best performance you have ever attended?

Last year I attend to a permomance in New York called Romeo and Juliet It was fantastic
because the actress were very professional.

Hi Sara,
I’am writing let you know that last week I joined to art club but today I feel very upset
because the organisation promised us that Nicole Kidman could attend our club and
they have cancelled this event. They have offered us some magazzines and
photograpahs but I don’t know what to do.

Dear Sir,

Having read the notice on the website I am writing to express my dissatisfaction concerning
the cancelation of event. I felt very joyful becase I love this actress and I wanted to meet him
and speak with him.

On one hand I have thought that Nicole Kidman could come another day because to my mind
this person is very important for our club, we could learn and share experiences.

On the other hand, I do not know if i would buy the magazines as I consider that it is very
expensive, maybe it could be cheaper for the members of club.

It is known that our association is popular in the city and personally I would not know what to
do if I could not participate as a member.
