Keeping in view the prevailing Covid-19 Parrdemic situation and its impact on the
studies of the students, it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned students
of the summer zone colleges that the examination of UG 1st Semester (CBCS)
programme for the session 2OZl.22 shall be conducted through online mode after
following the necessary protocols /guidelines /directions /advisories issued by the
Central/UT Government/ UT Administration or Conrpetent Authorities from time to time.

General Instructions for the Conduct UG 1" Sr nrcstcr (CBCS ) Exarnination

1. That the Examination for the 1st Semester Undergraduate Progra mmes/Coursed
(CBCS) foi'both regular as well as private candidates for the session 2O2t-22
shall be conducted in online mode by the Controller of Examinations through
the Principals of Affiliated Degree Colleges, University of Jammu.
2. That for uploading the Answer Scripts and the question papers an online
link/email address shall be provided by the University of Jamrlu before the
start of the examinations. -
3. Tl.lt to take up the work of conduct and the collection of Answer. Scripts
(hardcopy) of the lst Semester Undergraduate Prog ram mes/Cou rses (CBCS) for
both regular as well as private candidates for the session 2O2L-22, th.e vr hole
work shall be coordinated and supervlsed by the office of the Controller of
Examinations and the Principals of Affiliated Degree Colleges.-
4. That the Universlty of Jammu has constituted eleven colleges as Nodal Centers
(viz. GDC AKHNOOR, GDC R S PURA, GDC SAMBA, GDC KATHUA(BOYS) GDC
, UDHAMPUR (BOYS), GDC REASI, GDC BHADERWAH, GDC KISHTWAR, GDC
RAMBAN, CDC RAIOURI, cDC POONCH) for the collection and evaluation of the
answer scripts. r

5. That under these eleven Nodal Centers, the following clusters has been
constituted who will help to conduct of examinations;.collection and evaluation
of the answer scripts:

** All those colleges which have not been henfloned in the above Lable are to deposit answer
scripts ln Lhe nearby nodalcollege
 6. All the Colleges will submit the Answer Scripts collected from the students to
the Nodal Colleges for Coding and evaluation of the Answer Scripts. This
process should be completed within given time period.

7. That the nodal colleges shall submit the hardcopies of the theory awards in
proper format by arranging subject wise along with counter foils in packets
and the remuneration bills after the completion of evaluation process to the
office of the Controller of Examlnations, University of Jammu for collation and
a
declaration of resu lts.
7. That No hard copy of the Answer Script shall be entertained from the I
candidates directly by the office of the Controller of Examinations'
B. That the office of the Controller of Examinations will also provide the support
required by the Principals of Affiliated Degree Colleges for the smooth conduct
of the above said Examinations as and when required.
9. That the Colleges concerned should take necessary steps to safe guard the
career prospects of the students under the current COVID-19 pandemic
situation and strictly followed the SOP's issued by the Government from time to
time.
10.That the remunerations admissible under rule shall be paid to the cbncerned for
performing duties related to the conduct of examinations, collection and
evrluation of the Answer Scripts.
11.That the expenditure incurred for the said purpose shall be debited to the
concerned budgetary provision provided for examination purposes.
