ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is an extensional term of Information

Technology (IT) that stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of
telecommunications (telephone lines and wireless signals) and computers as well as
necessary enterprise software, middle wave, storage and audiovisual, that enables
users to access, store, transmit, and manipulate information.

- Helps a lot of employees work anytime, anywhere to achieve the same amount of work.
- Employees can also communicate with each other online instead of face-to-face to
reduce travel time and cost.

- ICT has accelerated the growth of global economy and improved the quality of life of the
world’s inhabitants.
- Brought new ways and path of creating livelihoods for people.
