 Left Ventricle: Full in size, preserved wall thickness with fair systolic and diastolic
function. Ejection fraction was 55%. No LV clot seen.
 Segmental wall Motion analysis: Normal except inferior wall lag.
 Right Atrium: Normal in size.
 Right Ventricle: Normal in size and systolic function.
 Pericardium: Normal in appearance. No effusion or mass seen.
 Aortic sectiorces with moderate AR
 Valves: Normal structure and mobility.

SUMMARY

 SWMA as above.
 Full size LV with fair LV systolic function.
