 Left Ventricle: Normal in size, with severe systolic dysfunction. Ejection fraction was 20-
25%. No LV clot seen.
 Segmental wall Motion analysis: Globally Hypokinetic LV.
 Right Atrium: Dilated in size.
 Right Ventricle: Dilated in size and systolic dysfunction.
 Pericardium: Normal in appearance. No effusion or mass seen.
 Valves: Normal structure and mobility.

SUMMARY

 Severe LV systolic dysfunction.

 Globally hypokinetic LV.
 DCMP.
