dysfunction. Ejection fraction was 45 % . No LV clot seen.
 Segmental wall Motion analysis: Mid apical septum Akinesia Aneurysmal diloation of apex
mid apical anterior wall hypokainisia.
 Right Atrium: Normal in size
 Right Ventricle: Normal in size and systolic function
 Pericardium: Normal in appearance. No effusion or mass seen.
 Aortic Secliroces with mild AR.
 Valves: Normal structure and mobility.
