accompanies ​our book​ and can be printed out and filled in manually. 
 
The goal of this worksheet is to make it easy for you to define the habits you would like to bring 
into your morning routine. Once these habits are defined, the worksheet will help keep them in 
the front of your mind. 
 
If you choose to print out the worksheet, place it somewhere you’ll see it every day. If you 
choose to save it as a PDF, place it in a prominent spot on your desktop.
