Recommendation
Sewer and Drainage systems play important roles in sanitation and disease prevention Drainage and
sewerage system in hotels have to fulfil the requirements. Hygiene is the most important when it comes
to accommodating guest and other customers. Managing a hotel has always been a challenging job.
Hundreds of guests including the staff are using the facilities every day and especially most of them are
not saving water as they would at their homes. Instead, pipelines malfunctions and related interventions
and also the repair cost can make you spend additional money. Therefore, a schedule inspection of

m
sewer and the drainage to prevent the contamination of the environment and drinking water supply, in

er as
this manner the increasing the risk of disease transmission matters. Instead of waiting for the clog to

co
eH w
take place, it should include drain cleaning into a regular maintenance routine. Emergency drain

o.
cleaning services will include the clean ups that to have follow overflows and backups. Also preventive

ou urc
maintenance, includes should have a schedule of cleaning once in every few months, ensuring the drains
in your hotel drainage system are clear and free from clog. To improve health, it is important to
enhance the system to manage community wastewater and sewage.

Program of Implementation
Implementing a training programs presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all
employees, but many employers in the current climate find development opportunities expensive.
ed d

Employees attending training sessions also miss out on work time which may delay the completion of
ar stu

projects. However despite these potential drawbacks, training and development provides both the
individual and organisations as a whole with benefits that make the cost and time a worthwhile
is

investment. The return on investment from training and development of employees is really a no
Th

brainer. The hotel should have a monthly check-up of the employees in regards to their health and
welfare.
