1. Introduce yourself ??

Hi, I am Nitesh Bhakta, and I lives in Chandrapur. I am post graduated in MMS with Finance
from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology which is under Mumbai University and bachelor’s
degree in BCom with computer application from City premier college, which comes in RTMNU
University. I have four members in my family, and I am the eldest son. I love outdoor sports,
specifically Cricket and was a member of college Cricket team.

2. What is Life Insurance?


In simple words, insurance is a risk transfer mechanism, where you transfer your risk to the
insurance company and get the cover for financial loss that you may face due to unforeseen
events. And the amount that you pay for this arrangement is called premium

General Insurance- Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Home Insurance, Fire Insurance, Travel
Insurance

Life Insurance-Term Life Insurance, Whole Life Insurance, Endowment Plans, Unit-Linked
Insurance Plans, Child Plans, Pension Plans

4. What is your dream in life?


I wanted to see myself in a stable job with regular internal growth, where I see myself to head a
division and drive the business through a team of professionals.

5. What do you consider your greatest achievement till date?


As of now my greatest achievement is the intra college Dalal street competition in which I got
first position it was a basically a stock market game.

6. Who would you recruit as advisors ? (Question from Agency channel perspective)
My first layer of financial advisors would be any individual who is looking for additional source of
income such as qualified Home Makers/Housewife, Retired Govt/Private Employees, Tax
Consultants, GST Consultants, Bookkeeping and Accounting Firms, Chartered Accountants
Office, Mutual Fund Distributors, Health Insurance Advisors, Direct Sales Associates (DSA) etc.

7. What do you consider as your weakness?


Sometimes I get focused on only one Goal and Sometime I focus too much on details which I
don’t think right for anyone.

I am aspired to build my career into Financial and Investment Industry where I can work for the
longer duration. I possess all required quality, Skill and relevant experience demanded by this
post. Your company can provide the platform to demonstrate my skills and abilities.
