WHAT TO REMEMBER DURING STEP 2 REGISTRATION?
Visit the registration center on the chosen date and time of the appointment only. Walk-in or late registrants may not be accommodated to reduce health
and safety risk.
Check the provided email or mobile number for regular updates on the status of your PhilSys registration.
ANO’NG MGA DAPAT TANDAAN PARA SA STEP 2 REGISTRATION?
Pumunta sa registration center sa nakatakdang araw at oras lamang ng iyong appointment. Ang walk-ins o late registrants ay maaaring hindi na
mapaunlakan pa upang mabawasan ang mga banta sa kalusugan at kaligtasan.
Regular na tingnan ang iyong email o mobile number na ibinigay para sa mga balita ukol sa status ng iyong PhilSys registration.
WHAT TO DO DURING STEP 2 REGISTRATION?
Wear a face mask and face shield at all times unless your photo is being taken. Also, practice sanitizing and maintain one (1) meter of physical
distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Registrants without a face mask and face shield will not be allowed to enter the registration center.
The safety protocols of PhilSys Step 2 Registration include taking your body temperature before entering the registration center. Each registrant is also
required to fill out a health declaration form to facilitate contact tracing if necessary.
Give your appointment slip and supporting documents to the screener to check if the document is correct.
If correct, get your queue number and wait for the encoder to call to verify the information in your supporting documents and the information provided in
Step 1 Registration.
If verified, your fingerprints, iris-scanned and front-facing photograph will be taken.
After obtaining the biometric information, retrieve your transaction slip from the encoder, keep it, and wait for the update for Step 3 Registration, or the
delivery of your PhilSys Number (PSN) and PhilID.

Magsuot ng face mask at face shield sa lahat ng oras maliban na lamang kung kukunin ang iyong litrato. Ugaliin ding mag-sanitize at panatilihin ang isang
(1) metrong physical distancing upang makaiwas sa pagkalat ng COVID-19. Hindi papapasukin sa registration center ang mga registrant na walang face
mask at face shield.
Kasama sa safety protocols ng PhilSys Step 2 Registration ang pagkuha ng iyong body temperature bago pumasok sa registration center. Required din ang
bawat registrant na sagutan ang health declaration form upang mapadali ang contact tracing kung kinakailangan.
Ibigay ang iyong appointment slip at supporting document/s sa screener upang ma-check kung tama ang dalang dokumento.
Kung tama, kunin ang iyong queue number at hintaying matawag ng encoder na magve-verify ng impormasyong nasa iyong supporting document/s at
impormasyong ibinigay sa Step 1 Registration.
Kung ma-verify, kukunin ang iyong fingerprints, iris-scan at front-facing photograph.
Matapos ang pagkuha ng biometric information, kunin ang iyong transaction slip mula sa encoder, itago, at hintayin ang update para sa Step 3
Registration, o ang pag-deliver ng iyong PhilSys Number (PSN) at PhilID.
