The faculty group titled “allfaculty@vardhaman.org” is created to have communication among the
faculty members of VCEH. The mails sent to this group will reach all individuals and listed exclusively
in “All Faculty” group. A step by step procedure to access and use the mail group either in Computer
or Mobile phone is detailed below for quick reference to the faculty who are not familiar of using
group email.

1. Using All Faculty Group of Vardhaman Mail in Computer/Laptop:

Step 1: Log in to Your Vardhaman Mail ID.

Step 2: Click on All Faculty Mail Group
Step 3: Check the mail conversations in the group

Step 4: To send a mail, Click on New message link and send the mail to
allfaculty@vardhaman.org
2. Using All Faculty Group in Vardhaman Mail in Android Mobile

Step 1: Open Your Office 365 – Outlook App in Android Mobile

Step 2: Touch on Menu

Step 3: Touch on Groups

Step 4: Touch on All Faculty group

Step 5: Access all Mails in the groups – The total history. To send mails to
the group you can touch on New Message Link

Step 6: Write the message and send the mail by touching on send button
