with respect to your query i want to give brief overview reg PP ps

while creation of BOM (wbs/material) with tcode cs01 and cs71 you have to select usage as 3

you have to create project with tcode cj20n and assign budget and cost planning is to be done

activity is to be assigned to net work

once it is done you have to run Project Mrp with tcode as MD51 select for mrp paramters enter Project and WBS element as well

whenever you are going to convert material bom to wbs bom you have to use t code cn33 for bom transfer

this scenario will be useful where project execution is going on but the requirements comes through project mrp it will be convert planned order
to production order (md04) as well as purchase requisitions

i hope this will clarify you an overview relates to PP and PS integration

As i know

1)

BOM should be created with BOM usage 3(Universal). Because these BOM transfer to required project.
 2)

In the project, below project two components WBS and Network, you can attach components(Raw materials) to WBS as well as Network.

If u attach the components to WBS these components are planned with respect the project system.

Run the MRP at project level. The material procured(attached to WBS) are resever against the project showing as project stock.

3)

The component which are attached to network are planned at plant level. the components are plant stock.
