Requirement Analysis
requirement analysis is a way of determining user expectations for anew or
modified product therefore features of the online shopping system is quantifiable

recovers in the presence of a system failure.

ed session shall be rolled back to restore  the data to pre‐
session condition. 
V) RELIABILITY
is The extent to which the software system consistently performs the
specified functions without failure.
Example
The authorization transaction match process shall require a 100‐percent 
match to post a transaction.
