I was an all-district safety and an all-district offensive lineman two years in a row in high school.

I genuinely enjoy pushing athletes to do things they really don’t want to do so they can achieve the things they ultimately want to achieve.
WHAT MAKES YOU GOOD AT YOUR JOB?
I’m just smart enough to know I’m not very smart, so I surround myself with smarter people. WHAT SONG IS YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE? “Be a Light” by Thomas Rhett. I tear up just thinking about the song as it is the song I chose for my daughter's senior video. WHO OR WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION? I feel I have succeeded in an endeavor if my wife and daughter are proud of the WHAT IS YOUR CLAIM TO FAME? effort and work that I’ve put in. They make me want to be a better person. I’ve yet to claim my 15 minutes.
IF YOU HAD THREE WISHES FROM A NON-TRICKY MOST MEMORABLE BIRTHDAY?
GENIE, WHAT WOULD YOU WISH FOR? Not sure of the most memorable birthday, but the one I least remember is the Only need one. I would wish for more time to spend with my daughter when first one. she was still living at home. BONUS QUESTION WHAT IS THE FUNNIEST THING YOU HAVE SEEN IF YOU COULD WITNESS ANY EVENT OF THE PAST, OR HEARD FROM A PLAYER OR COACH? PRESENT OR FUTURE, WHAT WOULD IT BE? I played in the late 80s. “Coachspeak” from that era was ‘funnier’ in a I’ve seen “Back to the Future,” so I know how time travel works. I would be different way and probably best left in the late 80s. nervous to venture down that road.
