MOTION TO RESET HEARING

COMES NOW the undersigned COUNSEL, unto this Honorable Court
respectfully states THAT:

1. The hearing of this case has been set on December 14, 2021 at 1:30 in
the afternoon;

2. Moreover, on the said date and time, the Counsel for the Accused
already has a hearing set at Gumaca, Quezon and is not available that
day;

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully and humbly

request the Honorable Court to reset the hearing of the instant case to
November 30, 2021 or another date, subject to the availability of the
Honorable Court’s calendar;

4. This motion is made in utmost good faith and not intended to delay
the proceedings of the instant case.

WHEREFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most

respectfully prayed that the hearing of the instant case be reset to December 14,
2021 or another date, subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar.
