P. R Innovated Bicol Artwork (IBA) is owned and managed by Roderick B. Reyes Jr.
who is currently a 1st year student taking up BS Entrepreneurship and has the mind set of
entering the business industry with its right direction towards managing own businesses. It is
strategically located at San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Its primary vision is to bring out the best local products in a larger community and
eventually to global market. It also caters the skills of a locally founded Bicolano artist and how
an entrepreneur develops, organize and manage the business venture in a competitive global
marketplace that is constantly evolving. It is specialized in making best own made Bicol
artworks such as paintings, baskets, native chair, wall mosaic, native gown and home décor at
most affordable prizes with its export quality. The currently sold product is the painting which
possesses an attractive image and good standard.

P. R Innovated Bicol Artworks (IBA) is definitely the best alternative place where you
can see and appreciate the beauty of native products.

area until it reaches global market. P. R Innovated is starting to establish its name and reputation

handling small business operation and engage in entrepreneurial practices locally and
internationally.

 Create unique, innovative, entertaining artworks that will differentiate us from the
rest of the competition.

 Sell the products that are of the highest quality, as well as keeping the customers
happy with all of our product categories.
 Provide 100% satisfaction to our customers and maintaining the level of excellent
among other competitors while promoting good values of company culture and

 To attract a minimum of 5-10 customers per day in the first year of operations.
 To promote local artist as well as their artworks in the field of artistry and global
