HR Policy to retain Ashwani
with his conditions

1-The new HR policy should be based on long term survival.

2- HR policy should be employee oriented.

3-Infrastrucural growth inclined towards virtual working should be braced leading to decrease in
over heads(decrease in work flow renting over heads)

4-Conducting training programs to increase the


Productivity of work from home.

5-To build a bridge of communication between the employees and HR.

6-Hr policies leading to team work as well as individual development.

CONCLUSION

The company should retain Ashwini by allowing him to work from Home for a month.
During this tenure they should train their other employees to be competent enough to replace
Ashwini.
If Ashwini and his team's productivity is as per expectations during one month if WFH, he
should be allowed to continue it for another 2 23 months. If not, the company should replace
him with one of the existing employees after proper training and guidance.
