I. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT

The Regional Trial Court, Branch 58 Program provides the mechanism through
which the judicial service will be extended to the general public and to uplift the dignity
and respect of the judiciary.

II. OBJECTIVES

To provide the general public with accessible, speedy and effective administration
and dispensation of justice by well-equipped and well-trained court personnel. And to
provide easy access to information, documents, and other court processes and services to
the general public.
