For me, the best explanation of “What is
Leadership” is defined as: "Leadership is an
act of motivating a group of people to act
toward achieving a common goal". People
can choose to be leaders at any point in their
lives, starting with self-leadership. Self-
leaders who care about how they will live
their lives, their decisions, their
contributions, and their character
development.
