Direction: Discuss the following comprehensively:

1. Explain the possible interface between effective strategy and performance.

For me the possible interface between effective strategy and performance:
An effective strategy is an organizations ability to set the right goals and consistently achieve
them. Strategy effectiveness is the core of a three model such as the formulating stage,
implementing stage, and review and adjust stage. Unlike an effective performance endures
that individual and team goals are aligned with organizational goals so that the performance
are both the individual , team and organization are enhanced through effective
implementation of human resources management practices.
2. As a prospective teacher how will you plan for directing your students attention to the specific
strategy that leads to learning.
For me as a prospective teacher to my students I will plan for directing my students attention
to the specific strategy that leads to their learnings by providing enjoyment and stimulation
using humors showing enthusiasm. I have to show respect them, and also sharing my
knowledge. And I will find or used the most effective strategies or techniques such the
directing learning because through directing students can easily catch up the discussion or
topic given to them and leads their mind broaden and more knowledgeable to learning such
thing.
3. Teacher Mariz provides an overall plan for the lesson “Araby” in literature. At the outset,
students should have identified the purpose for doing it, with appropriate activities such as
skimming, posing question, note taking, paraphrasing, summarizing and so on. During the
task students should constantly question about the process involved. After the task they
should review the processes employed and evaluate whether the goals are achieved or not.

B. What guided practice and feedback are essentials in this lesson?
The practice and feedback are essential for this lesson are student should identify the
purpose with the appropriate activities and student should review what process employed
and evaluate the goals.
