A. Effective Teachers

Effective teachers involves more than just expertise in an academic field. They
prepared, set clear and fair expectation, have a positive attitude, are patient with student and
assess their teaching on a regular basis.

B. Classroom Management
It is a administration or direction of activities with special reference to such problems
as disciplines, democratic techniques, use and care of supplies and reference
materials, physical features of classroom, and the social relationships of pupils.
C. Effective Instruction
Student are directly involved and invested in the discovery of their own knowledge
through collaboration and cooperation with others, they engage in learning that is
authentic, holistic and challenging. Student use prior knowledge to construct new
learning, develop processes that allow them to reflect on their own thinking and
recognize the most appropriate strategy in problem solving.
D. Establishing Effective Learning Environment
To maintain an appropriate setting for learning, teachers must clearly communicate
what they expect of students, personally exemplify those expectation and consistently
hold students accountable to meet them.
E. Questioning Strategies
The interaction between the teachers and learners is the most important feature of
the classroom. Weather helping learners to acquire basic skills or a better
understanding to solve problems, or to engage in higher order thinking such as
evaluation questions are crucial.
For teachers, questioning is a key skill that anyone can learn to use well. Similarly,
ways of helping students develop their own ability to raise and formulate questions
can also be learned. Raising questions and knowing the right questions to ask is an
important learning skill that student need to be taught.
F. Assessment Techniques
To gather information about the progress of learners can be done a variety of
techniques both associated with the learning process and learning outcomes. The
information gathering technique in principle is a way of assessment of progress
towards the achievement of student learning standards and basic competencies.
