REYNAPACAN: SMNHS OFFICIAL PUBLICATION

PREAMBLE
We, the students and members of the school publication, promote good
governance through journalism skills and students’ interaction through news and
features’ promotion, and work towards a more transparency campus press and
advocate the ideals of genuine service to all SMNHS studentry.

 The official student publication of SAN MIGUEL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

(SMNHS) – Linapacan shall be known as the REYNAPACAN.
 The REYNAPACAN shall serve primarily as a publication for and by the students
and shall reflect the vision and mission of the school, SMNHS.
 The REYNAPACAN shall published twice a year of 2 hard-copies of News within
the school.

PURPOSE
REYNAPACAN aims to:
1. Teach students how to work with one or more students that are all members of
the publication.
2. Develop analytical, narrative, and expository writing skills of the students
especially the members.
3. Open the students about the career of journalism.

MEMBERSHIP
A San Miguel National High School student membership in the school paper
established by interest or a letter of recommendation from a teacher for active
members.
