MediBuddy Portal – Process flow – NTT Data

This slide cover the various process involved in utilizing, various services using
MediBuddy Portal. Below mentioned are the list of services that have been included :

1. - Health Check up
2. - Doctor Consultation
3. - Pharmacy/Medicine
4. - Lab Test
5. - Dental

Steps to login step 02

Process on Login – will


remain common for
ordering all services via
MediBuddy.

Step 01 - employee visits -


https://portal.medibuddy.in/

Step 02 - Employee enters


the credentials format being
User id – employee
id@nttdata
Default password - DD-MM-
YYYY

Step 03

Step 03 - Once the


employee has logged in to
the portal, employee can
now click on MediBuddy
tab,

Once the employee clicks


on the MediBuddy tab they
will see the home page as
mentioned in step 03
image.

Step 04 – Once employee


clicks on the MediBuddy
tab they will get a
Step 04
declaration on the next
page, post reading the
same employee can click
on ‘Accept’.

Step 05

Step 05 : Once employee


has access to homepage of
MediBuddy page, they will
be able to see their current
MediBuddy wallet balance,
They can click on Profile tab
and check their credentials,
change mobile number,
email id’s etc. They can also
check order status, cancel or
reschedule orders.

In case employees not


attend, or want to
reschedule or cancel any
order including Health check
employees need to access
the profile tab.

Health Check up

Step 06
Step 06 – Employee clicks on
Health Check,

Step 07 – Employee select the


city where they will like to have
the health check-up done,

Step 08 – For paid packages the


employee can now choose any
category ex- Executive,
Preventive etc.

Step 09 – Once the employee


finalizes the Category and clicks
on search icon (looks like
magnifying glass)

Step 10, and 11

Step 10 – Taking “Master Health


Check package” as the option for
reference, employee will now be
able to see the packages, and the
employee can narrow down on the
package they wish to have by
selecting filters on the left hand side
of the page. Filters of Medical
Centre, Location within the city they
had selected, Package by gender,
employee can select the age group
also, which day they will like to have
the appointment booked, and the
price range of the package, post
which they can finalize a package

Step 11 – Name of the package is


displayed with the Name of the
hospital/Diagnostic Centre, Location,
No. of tests that will be a part of the
package and the number of
consultations which are a part of the
package. Employee will be able to
see the cost of the package, and a
tab for ‘View Package’.

Step 12

Step 12 – Once an employee clicks


on view package they will be able
to see the tests and grouping of
the tests for health check up,

Step 13 – Employee can now click


on Book Now, and employee can
now select the date, day and time
for the health check up

Step 14 – Post which employee


can click on ‘Continue’ after
selecting the date and time of the
Health check up,

Step 15

Step 15 – The next page will ask


about the ‘Booking Details’ ,
where the information of the
beneficiary is asked details like
Name, Gender, Date of birth,
Mobile number for contact and
email id of the beneficiary needs
to be entered. Post which
employee can click on Continue
booking.

Step 16 – In case this is not a


sponsored health check up, then
the details of the payment needs
to be entered. Card details or
BHIM UPI can be the mode of
payment as well. Employee needs
to complete the payment in 10
mins widow otherwise the session
expires.
Step 16

Once the payment has been


made employee will receive the
confirmation of
appointment/request id, same
will be sent to the mobile number
that the employee would have
entered, and the email id
mentioned. Appointment letter is
sent in 24 hours from the date of
the health check up.

To activate the MediBuddy
wallet employees will have to
click on the MediBuddy wallet
check box. Eligible wallet
amount of 20% will be added in
the summary and breakup of
the order payment.

Doctor Consultation
Step 04 to 07
Step 04 – Employee clicks on
Doctors,

Step 05 – Employee select the


city where they will like to
have the Consultation done,

Step 06 – Employee now


needs to type the speciality of
the doctor consultation
required, ex – cardiologist,
Gynaecologist etc.

Step 07 – After selecting the


specialist, employee can now
click on search option,

Step 08 and 09

Step 08 - Employee will now


be able to see the doctors of
the speciality that they had
selected, and the employee
can narrow down on the
package they wish to have by
selecting filters on the left
hand side of the page. Filters
of Medical Centre, Location
within the city they had
selected, which day they will
like to have the appointment
booked, and the price range
of the package, post which
they can finalize a package
for consultation,

Step 09 - Name of the Doctor


is displayed with the Name
of the hospital/Diagnostic
Centre, Location, Employee
will be able to see the cost of
the package, and a tab for
‘Book Appointment’.

Step 10 and 11

Step 10 – Employee can click


on Book Appointment and
select the date and time for
the same. The dates and and
timing visible will the slots
where we have booking
available, any slot/day which
is mentioned as Booking
closed will mean the slots
are filled and not available.

Step 11 – Once the


employee select the date
and time, employee can now
click on ‘Continue’,

Step 12 and 13

Step 12 - The next page


will ask about the ‘Booking
Details’ , where the
information of the
beneficiary is asked details
like Name, Gender, Date of
birth, Mobile number for
contact and email id of the
beneficiary needs to be

employee can click on

up, then the details of the

venue, with a Govt id
proof.

Pharmacy/Medicine
Step 04 to 07
Step 04 – Employee clicks on
Medicine,

Step 05 – Employee selects the


city where they will like to have
the Medicine delivered/picked
up,

Step 06 – Employee can enter


the pin code of the location
where they want to have the
door delivery or store pick up,

Step 07 – Employee can click on


the search button now,

Step 08

Step 08 – On the next page


employee will have to upload
the soft copy of the Doctor’s
prescription in which the
name of the medicine is
mentioned, the prescription
should also mention the
name of the beneficiary on
the prescription. On the
right hand side it will also
mention whether on the
pin code entered, do they
have Door Delivery of
medicine only or both store
pick up and door delivery of
medicine is available, it will
also give the employee a
tentative date as to by
when will the order be
delivered.

Step 09 and 10

Step 09 – Once the employee


uploads the Soft copy of the
document they can also
enter any special remarks,

Step 10 – Employee can now


change the prescription in
case they wish to change the
prescription,

other details of the beneficiary for
whom the medicine is being
ordered, employee can now add
the address where they will like to
have the Door delivery, make the

Employee will need to click


on Store pick up, then click
on select a store. Post
which the employee will be
shown a Google Map view
of the partner stores which
are nearby to the Pin Code
that the employee had
entered in Step no – 6.
Basis which the employee
can choose from the
options available.

Continuation of Step 11

Once the employee has selected which


store he wants to pick up the order from,
on the next screen he will still have the
choice to change the store. If they decides
to continue he will find the address of the
store that they had selected. If everything
is fine they can click on continue to Step 12.

Step 12

Step 12 – In case this is not


on a sponsored, then the
details of the payment needs
to be entered. Card details or
BHIM UPI can be the mode
of payment as well.

Once the order has been


placed the
employee/beneficiary will
get a call from the vendor
partner, and they will
confirm the order post
validating the requirement
on dosage and any other
question on the prescription.
The prescription cannot be
more than 6 months old.
Post validation of the
prescription the order will be
fulfilled. In case the order is
cancelled, any amount taken
will be refunded to the
source in the next 7-10
working days.

Lab Test
Step 04,05, and 06

Step 04 – Employee clicks on


Lab Tests,

Step 05 – Employee selects


the city where they will like to
have the Lab Tests done,

Step 06 – Employee can now


select from the popular set of
tests available to be entered
in the category section,

Step 07 and 08

Step 07 – Post selecting one


of the lab tests profile,
employee can filter out the
specific or preferred lab,
using location, gender, age-
group etc filters on the left
hand side.

Step 08 – Employee will


now be able to see the
name of the Diagnostic
Centre, Location and
timings, package cost is also
available,

Step 09

Step 09 - Once employee


clicks on select on the next
page employee can read more
about the category and they
can also add additional tests,
choose from the profile of
different additional tests and
confirm the same. Post which
confirm their booking, by
clicking on Book Now and
choose the date and time for
the appointment.

Step 10

Step 10 – Employee can


reconfirm and enter the
details of the beneficiary,
post which they can click
on continue booking for
making the payment, in
case this is not on a
sponsored, then the details
of the payment needs to
be entered. Card details or
BHIM UPI can be the mode
of payment as well.
Employee/Beneficiary
needs to carry a HARD
COPY of the consultation
letter at the venue, with a
Govt id proof

Dental
Step 04 to 07

the city where they will like
to have the Dental
consultation done,

Step 06 – Employee now


needs to type the speciality
of the doctor consultation

periodontist etc.

specialist, employee can
now click on search option,

Coupon codes will be available for employees in the payment page. Employees cannot use the coupon codes
until they have a wallet balance. Once the wallet balance has been exhausted, same will be available in the

Step 02

Once the wallet balance is


exhausted, the employees will

promo codes available. Promo
codes are completely
promotional and at the time
of ordering they may be
available or may be not.

cancelling the order the
promo code amount will not
be available again.
