QUESTIONNAIRE FOR AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

3. Description of business of the company

WeSecureApp is a new age cyber security company with its headquarters in

Texas, USA and offshore centers in Hyderabad and Mumbai, India. Having started

the journey as an App security company, we have moved up the value chain of

being addressed as one of the most promising Enterprise Security Companies in

the last five years.

4. What is the period/term of employment? What is the period of probation, if any?

For Interns : 2yrs lock in & 3 Months probationary after full employment

For Experience: 1yr lock in, 3 months probation.

5. What is the position/title at which the employee(s) is employed?

- Address of the workplace if employer has multiple offices: WFH at present

- What are the tasks, duties, responsibilities, performance requirements and

obligations of the employee(s)?


- Working Hours – 9 hours ( flexible working hours)

6. What will be the Compensation for employees?

- Amount of salary/remuneration to be paid and when to be paid: Salary is paid in

the 1st week of every month.

- Method of calculation of remuneration, if any: based on experience & market

standards.

- Terms of bonuses, allowances, health insurance and tax deductions: quarterly

payment of bonus/variable pay.

- Any other perquisites/benefits to employees: Incentives, gift coupons based on

performance.

- Means of payment: cash/deposit in bank account/any other: Deposit in bank

account

7. What are the terms of paid leave, sick leave, vacations and holidays?

Full time employees will be eligible for paid leaves & holidays from the DOJ.

8. Whether there will be any mechanism for accounting for expenses incurred? If yes,

what? Yes, through expenses claim form.

9. Whether there will be a policy of indemnification? If yes, what? Yes, against asset

recovery or against any company property damages from employee.

10.What will be the dispute resolution process? Concern raised to manager & then to

HR through email & resolving the issue within 7 working days.

11.What will be the jurisdiction and governing laws? Employees will be governed under

the Cybersecurity laws & breech of which will be prosecuted in the courts of Hyd.
12. Whether performance of employee(s) is subject to review? If yes, manner of

performance review? Yes, employee’s performance will be reviewed on quarterly

basis

13. What are the terms of employee representations and warranties?

Any device (Mobile and Laptop) assigned to the employee has to be confidential

with no company data to be shared to other devices/person via any medium.

14. What will be the conditions for termination of the contract?

- Who can terminate and when? Reporting manager based on performance &

HR based on disciplinary complaints filed against employee

- Notice period for termination? 2 months

15. Whether there are any other important clauses/provisions that might want to be

included?
