LETTER OF UNDERTAKING

I ________________________, herby dispose myself and voluntarily affirms that I shall abide the
rules of conduct of the “Basic SG Military Stakes Course” set by the SF Training Committee.

 That I shall register or sign the attendance sheet (Attendance and Punctuality).
 That I shall not use cellular phones, radio and other gadgets during the training course.
 That I shall ask permission and notify my superiors in case of non-attendance/absences.
 That I shall observe proper decorum and right conduct in the course of the training,
specifically:
-No unnecessary going out of the training room
-Pay respect to the instructor/facilitator
-Obey all the rules
-Maintain silence during classroom lecture
-and Exhibit active participation
 That I shall observe break rules (Taking the break altogether).
-Claiming/taking the appropriate number of shares of the provision.
-Taking turns in receiving the provisions (Doing it orderly).
 That I shall take care of the hand-outs and other training materials.
 That I shall submit or comply with the training requirements or assignments given by the
instructors/facilitators.
 That I shall wear proper uniform or clothing as required by the training committee.
 That I shall maintain cleanliness in the training room and other training locations.
-Dispose trash/garbage properly
