 Step 1.0 The HRD Secretary receives report from the Security Force Office. The
secretary then shall furnish a copy to be forwarded to the Labor Relations Section.

 Step 2.0 The Labor Relations Section shall verify the report and determine whether Step 1.0 Step 2.0
there is a probable cause for the issuance of Notice of Violation (Step 2.1). After
which, Due process requirement must be complied by the Section in determining
the validity of the case (Step 2.2). A hearing shall be conducted to provide a chance

for the accused to defend and rove his cause of the case (Step 2.3).

 Step 3.0 The Labor Relations Sections shall evaluate the case together with a
recommendation and shall transmit the documents to be reviewed by the HRD Step 3.0
Superintendent, HRD Manager and HRD Asst. Vice-Pres. (Step 4.0).

 Step 5.0 The case evaluation shall be sent back to Labor Relations Section for
finalization of case decision. Step 5.0

 Step 6.0 Copies of the case decision shall be sent to the parties in consideration of Step 6.0
the case.
