1. OBJECTIVE :

To ensure proper utilization of present man power , add resources as per


requirements, and maintained the employee records & proper systems.

2. SCOPE :

This procedure is applicable at MARATHAN MOTOR End.

3. RESPONSIBILITY :

HRD Head shall be responsible for maintaining the procedure.

5. PROCEDURE :

5.1. To ensure proper utilization of present man power and keep adding new man power
as per requirements, so that in case some one leaves work is not affected.

5.2. To maintain employee record of each employee.

5.3. To maintain the employee attendance as per company policy (In the attendance
register & sheet).

5.4. Ensure the need & expectation of training of each employee and organize the
training as per requirements.

5.5. To provided first aid (if any injury at the time of working).

5.6. To resolve employee complaints / grievance.

5.7. Ensure proper security (any types).

5.8. To maintain house keeping of the company.

5.9. To provide snacks, tea & others as per company norms.
