RE: REQUEST FOR 30 DAYS TIME EXTENSION DUE TO ELECTRIC POST IN CONSTRUCTION PATH

Dear Sir,

I am writing to request for time extension of the project Construction of Farm to Market Road, Kalugmanan,
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, 2021-070 for 30 DAYS, until MARCH 20, 2022.

Due to the ELECTRIC POST that remains within the path of the construction plans, we are forced to STOP WORK
on the project within the immediate vicinity of the electric post. We are still waiting on the SERVICE OF BUSECO
for the removal of the said post. Continuing construction without its removal will pose a safety risk for my
workers as well as the other people who live nearby. As of this writing we have been delayed some precious
weeks, creating a ripple effect on all the other work to be done.

In addition to this extension, I am entreating your good office to follow up our collective request with BUSECO
for their speedy action in this matter so as to not further delay this project. A request was made in October
2021, and another request later in December 2021.
