Settlement Deed with Regd Doc No. 2456/2021, on dt.28/06/2021 infavour of Sri. Adapa Srinivasa
Rao. Adapa Venkateswara Rao Rao S/o Basavaiahare Possessed the entire property on
28/06/2021 and handed over the schedule property on the same day. As per the available
documents and recitals in the documents Adapa Srinivasa Rao is the Owner of the property and
enjoying the schedule mentioned property without interruption from the date of Gift Settlement
to till date. Possession and Enjoyment Certificate issued by Village Revenue Officer/Mucipal
Gudam Mandal KrishnaDistrict, on 25/02/2022 for 30 years and above in break-up. This
Certificate issued in favour of Adapa Srinivasa Rao. Presently Adapa Srinivasa Rao having an
extent of 193.6 Sq Yards. He was in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule property
