no. 390-1, Door No. 1-50, an extent of 193.6 Sq Yards, Mr/Mrs Guntupalli Seshaiah has having
ownership the property through a Regd Gift Settlement Deed with Registration No. 8105/2021, dt.
26/08/2021 registered before Anywhere at Piduguralla S.R.O. Mother Pedakurapadu S.R.O Sub
Registrar.
This property is Ancestral and Gift Settlement in nature. Guntupalli Seshaiah acquired
the property from Smt.Guntupalli Maha Lakshmi, W/o Seshaiah, executed a Gift Settlement Deed
with Regd Doc No. 8105/2021, on dt.26/08/2021 infavour of Sri. Guntupalli Seshaiah.
Smt.Guntupalli Maha Lakshmi, W/o Seshaiah, Possessed the entire property on 26/08/2021 and
handed over the schedule property on the same day. As per the available documents and recitals in
the documents Guntupalli Seshaiah is the Owner of the property and enjoying the schedule
mentioned property without interruption from the date of Gift Settlement to till date. Possession
23/02/2022 for 15 years and above. This Certificate issued in favour of Guntupalli Seshaiah.
Presently Guntupalli Seshaiah having an extent of 193.6 Sq Yards. He was in peaceful possession
