Article 16 of the Indian Constitution guarantees 

equal opportunity to all citizens in matters


related to employment in the public sector. Article 16(1) states that there shall be equal
opportunity for the citizens in the matter of employment or appointment to any office under the
State.

Freedom of Speech and Expression: Article 19 of the Constitution provides freedom of speech
which is the right to express one's opinion freely without any fear through
oral/written/electronic/broadcasting/press. Freedom of expression includes Freedom of Press. It
covers the blogs and websites too.

Article 23 of the Indian Constitution explicitly prohibits and criminalises human trafficking


and forced labour.

Article 24 says that “No child below the age of fourteen years shall be employed to work in any
factory or mine or engaged in any other hazardous employment.” The fundamental right
against exploitation guaranteed to all citizens prohibits child labour in mines, factories, and
hazardous conditions.

Article 39A of the Constitution of India provides for free legal aid to the poor and weaker
sections of the society and ensures justice for all. ... In every State, a State Legal Services
Authority and in every High Court, a High Court Legal Services Committee have been
constituted.

Article 41 of Constitution of India "Right to work, to education and to public assistance in


certain cases"

The State shall, within the limits of its economic capacity and development, make effective
provision for securing the right to work, to education and to public assistance in cases of
unemployment, old age, sickness and disablement, and in other cases of undeserved want

Article 42 of Constitution of India "Provision for just and humane conditions of work and
maternity relief"

The State shall make provision for securing just and humane conditions of work and for
maternity relief.

Article 43 of Constitution of India "Living wage, etc., for workers"

The State shall endeavor to secure, by suitable legislation or economic organization or in any
other way, to all workers, agricultural, industrial or otherwise, work, a living wage, conditions of
work ensuring a decent standard of life and full enjoyment of leisure and social and cultural
opportunities and, in particular, the State shall endeavor to promote cottage industries on an
individual or co-operative basis in rural areas.

under Article 41, 42 and 43 of Constitution of India 1949. 

Article 54 of Constitution of India "Election of President"


The President shall be elected by the members of an electoral college consisting of the elected
members of both Houses of Parliament; and the elected members of the Legislative Assemblies
of the States.
