Herein referred to as GMP INFLUENCER, enter into this agreement, stipulating the following
terms and conditions:

ON THE PART OF THE GMP INFLUENCER:

1. Shall purchase any GMP and Powervet products from HME DISTRIBUTOR as a qualifier to
join this program.

2. GMP Influencer will be tasked to influence other breeders to try and use GMP and Powervet
products thru their social media accounts (weekly postings to create engagements).

3. Shall not enter to any agreement with other competing companies.

4. Shall not endorse any other product aside from GMP and Powervet.

ON THE PART OF HME DISTRIBUTOR:

1. Will provide monthly of 3,000 worth of GMP Feeds and 2,000 worth of Powervet which will
be deducted in the farms payable account.

2. GMP thru HME DISTRIBUTOR will ensure regular farm visits, tech assistance and farm
disinfection.

3. GMP thru HME DISTRIBUTOR will provide merchandising support and marketing collaterals
(10 T-Shirts, 10 matting, farm name, etc.) and may be invited to certain corporate events
(Challenge, Red farm tour, etc.)

ON THE PART OF BOTH PARTIES:

1. Both parties shall not divulge any information, business practice or any matter pertaining to
this agreement.

The terms and conditions of this contract shall take effect from _FEBRUARY 08,
2022 to FEBRUARY 08, 2023

It has been understood and agreed upon by both parties that failure to meet any of the
provisions stated above or any event leading to unhealthy partnership shall render this
agreement null and void. Should any of the parties decide to terminate this contract, a written
notice shall be provided within 30 days to make this contract null and void.
