Selection letter for the Training program

Dear Abhishek Jha,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for a Non-Paid training program with
Offshoot Pvt.Ltd in the process of Aditya birla finance.

The training program would be for the position of Customer Service Executive ( CSE).

The training would commence on < > and will end on < end date>. The training would be
conducted at < Office Address>. Reporting time is 10:00AM.

This is completely a non-paid training, where you would receive no remuneration from Offshoot
Pvt.Ltd in the process of Aditya birla finance. You will not claim any remuneration from Offshoot
Pvt.Ltd in the process of Aditya birla finance.

There is a benchmark set by Offshoot Pvt.Ltd in the process of Aditya birla finance. For clearing the
certification tests on which you will be evaluated.

You will have to successfully clear the certification test post the training session to be eligible
for employment with Offshoot Pvt.Ltd in the process of Aditya birla finance.

In case you do not clear the certification test, you will be asked to leave. You will not be paid
any remuneration in lieu of the training days you have attended.

Post successful clearance of the certification test, you will be issued an Appointment letter
which confirms your appointment with Offshoot Pvt.Ltd in the process of Aditya birla finance.

You are not eligible for any leaves during the training period.
After completion of training and successfully passing the certification test, you are Eligible for the
below mentioned Compensation which would be mentioned in your appointment letter: Salary-
12881 INR CTC

o 10th and 12th Certificates Copy

o Graduation Certificate (If Done)

o Bank Detail – Cancelled Cheque/Front Page Copy of Passbook

o 4 Passport Size Photo o relieving Letter (last Organization)(if available)

o Salary Slip/Bank Statement (last 3 months)

o Covid Vaccination proof
