PRINCIPLE OF DESIGN USED ELEMENTS OF DESIGN USED
 Proximity  Line
 Alignment  Color
 Contrast  Texture
 Space  Shape
 Balance  Space
Explanation:
 Balance, unity, proximity, contrast, focus, and alignment are all visual design concepts.
Line, space, shape, form, value, color, texture, and typeface are all visual design
elements. However, it indicates that the design is based not only on ideals, but also on
designer’s judgements, which is shaped by a variety of factors such as the designs intent.

WHAT I NEED TO KNOW

How do you manipulate text and image?
 Colors and lines, as well as imagery depicting how text and image reflect more than
what you see and have additional meaning by information, can be used to manipulate
text and image.
What is the best image format to be use in your projects?
 TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) is the most widely used file format by photographers
and designers. TIFF files are ideal for post – processing because they are not
compressed in anyway. TIFF files can be used to generate a wide range of digital images.
What is the best resolution in creating your projects?
 Projectors, like computer displays, have their own display dimensions. Most 4:3 aspect
projectors. For example, have a display resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. So, an image with
a 72 PPI resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels will be an acceptable image site to be viewed
from a projector.
