ACTIVITY 1.

Instruction. Get one authentic sample for each type of business correspondence either

from the internet or companies. Read these correspondences very carefully and

analyze their strengths and weaknesses. Then, revise these documents.

Computerize your analysis and your revised letter, memo, and e-mail using the

following format: single-spaced in short bond paper, Arial 12, and one-inch margin

on all sides.

ACTIVITY 2.

Instruction. Write an e-mail or a letter to one of the leaders in your community

inquiring about the programs they have for the youth. Observe the principles in

writing and sending emails and letters. Then, print your e-mail and the response to

it on a short bond paper.
