WHEREAS the property described in the schedule hereunder originally belonged to


Mrs. Sarvamangalamma M. Sadasivayya, W/o. Late. Justice M. Sadasivayya of
Bangalore (who is Mother of Vendor No.l and Grand Mother of Vendor Nos.2 to 5) by
way of self acquisition as per registered sale deed vide Doc.No.3971/1993, of Book-
Volume 1696, Pages - 17 to 19, Dt.22.09.1993 and also by way of Rectification Deed

vide Document No. 984/1994, of Book-1, Dt.02.03. 1994, both the documents were
registered in the office of the SRO, Hosur, purchased from the previous owner Mrs.

Papamma & others of Eachangur Village, Hosur Taluk. Whereas the above s aid Mrs.

Sarvamangalamma M. Sadasivayya died on 06.09.2012. After her demise the above said
yendors are the legal heirs and they are the absolute owners of the under mentioned
property and thus the vendors are legally and lawfully in their continuous possession and
enjoyment without any interruption.

And the vendors do hereby thus acknowledge that the entire sale consideration has
been duly received from the purchaser and in consideration thereof the vendors do
hereby convey, transfer, assign and sell absolutely the schedule mentioned property
nore fully described in the schedule to the purchaser for the absolute use of the
purchaser together with all rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
whatsoever belonging to or enjoyed there under and reputed so to be. All the
rights,
title, easements, interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the vendors into or

THE VENDORS do hereby covenant and agree that the vendors and all persons
claiming under them shall and will from time to time upon the request and at the cost

the purchaser do and execute or cause to be done and executed all such acts, deeds
"and things whatsoever for further and more perfectly assuring the under mentioned
schedule property and every part thereof unto the purchaser and placing the purchaser
in the same position according to the true intent and meaning of these presents, as
shall or may be reasonably required.

IT IS HEREBY covenanted by the vendor that the under mentioned schedule property

hereby conveyed is free from all encumbrances charges liens or demands or

T H E VENDORS do hereby assure and covenant that they have not entered into
any agreement of sale with respect to the under mentioned schedule property or
any part thereof with any other person or persons and the vendors have not done

anything whereby the schedule property may be subject to any attachment of lien
or any court or person or any claim whatsoever in any manner detrimental to the

purchaser.
THE VENDORS do hereby admit and covenant that the absolute full and actual
physical possession of the schedule property is also delivered to the purchaser on
this day itself and the purchaser is also absolutely entitled to apply the revenue

arrears and the purchaser shall hereafter pay the land revenue, cess etc., to the
