LESSON 6

1. ～ Subject(doer) は Noun(Object) を Verb

を This particle is used to indicate the direct object of an action verb.

Ex: 1. I eat breakfast. 　 　　なに - interrogative なにも (nothing verb negative)

わたし　は　あさごはん　を　たべます。 　 か。
　　2. Mr. Jun is drink a milk.
ジュンさん　は　ぎゅうにゅう　を　のみます。　 か。
3. I bought vegetable yesterday.
きのう、やさい 　を　かいました。　　か。
4. ロイドさん　は　バスッケトボール　を　します。
Mr. Lloyd is play basketball.

Ex: 1. けさ、わたし　は　パン　と　たまご　を　たべました。
... I ate egg and pan this morning.
2. こんしゅうの　にちようび、やさい　と　さかな　と　にく　と　たまご　と　パン　を
かいます。
I buy pan, egg, meat, fish and vegetable this Sunday.

2. ～ Subject(doer) は　N(Place) で　N(Object) を　Verb.　　

[で] is used to indicate the place where the action occurs.

The interrogative [どこで] is used to ask the place of an action.

Ex: 1. I eat ramen at the restaurant. 　　　　　なに

わたし　は　レストラン　で 　ラーメン　を　たべます。　　か。
2. Mr. John bought a newspaper at the train station.
ジャンさん　は　えき　で　しんぶん　を　かいました。　 　か。
3. I'll take photo in the garden.
にわ　で　しゃしん　を　とります。
4. きのう、たいいくかん　で　バスッケトボール　を　しました。
I played basketball at gymnasium yesterday.

3.) ～ いっしょに 　Verb ませんか。(Won't you [Verb] with me?)

is used to invite someone to do something.

Ex: 1. Won't you go to the train station with me?

いっしょに　えき　へ　いきませんか。
2. Won't you drink some beer with me?
いっしょに　ビール　を　のみませんか。
3. Won't you eat lunch with me?
 いっしょに　ひるごはん　を　たべませんか。
4. Won't you play basketball with me?
いっしょに　バスケットボール　を　しませんか。

* You can answer the following question by saying. "Yes, sure".

はい、いいです。　 いいえ、ちょっと、、

4.) ～ Verb stem ましょう。 (Let's Verb)

Used also to invite someone.
Ex: * I go. Let's go. 　　　　　 * I eat. 　　　　　Let's eat.
　　いきます　 いきましょう 　　　たべます 　　たべましょう
1. Let's go to Kyoto.
きょうと　へ　いきましょう。
2. Let's play basketball.
バスケットボール　を　しましょう。
3. Won't you eat lunch with me?
いっしょに　ひるごはん　を　たべませんか。　
... Yes, let's eat.
。。。はい、たべましょう。　　　。。。ええ、たべましょう。
