Audience profile

Robert Gahan is an 18 year old male who is studying Economics

at university in Ashton near Birmingham. He also lives with his
family in Lymm when not at university. Roughly he splits his time
equally between the two places.

Robs spending power is category E because he is a student and

not earning a wage.

He has just taken up Taekwondo, enrolling in a class at university. He has also

recently taken up Spanish. Robert is currently learning to drive and has a test
booked for early 2022.

He also buys his food from Tesco because there is a store on campus, making it
convenient and local.

He does most of his shopping in person and buys his clothes from Superdry, Next
and JD Sports as he likes their style of clothing. He has a relaxed style, often
wearing casual clothing and trainers.

Before Covid, Robert travelled with his family to Europe and the Middle East. He
enjoys sunny beach holidays.

His favourite genre of film is comedy. However, he does say his favourite film is Fight
Club, which does not fit into this category. He likes Quentin Tarantino as a director
and Leonardo DeCaprio as an actor.He likes Quentin Tarantino’s style of direction for
films. He likes Leonardo DeCaprio because of the type of films heapers in for eg the
Beach.

Robert mainly listens to RnB and pop music as he does not like other genres of
music pop music is also available on the radio . A couple of his favourite songs are
Cornerstone by the Arctic Monkeys and Little Talk by Monsters of Men.

As a family they subscribe to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Audible and Spotify. Robert is
currently reading Harry Potter as he is a fan of the books and the moves and he likes
that style of writing.
Robert is active on SnapChat and Instagram. He also likes watching football
because it is his favourite team sport and his favourite team is Manchester United
.He is in the targeted age group for Empire magazine as it reflects his interests and
in music,film and TV.
