OPTIONAL - Prevention additional rider

• Outpatient and Inpatient Plans can be acquired individually (stand-alone cover) or in any combination of cover and
there are available 3 options for each main insurance plan.
• The Prevention additional rider may be acquired only together with a main insurance plan.
• The limit of coverage / sum insured of an insurance plan will be the same when the plan is chosen by the
Policyholder for all members of the family.

Surgical intervention
(1) The Inpatient Plan is extended to cover reimbursement of hospitalization and surgical intervention costs provided by authorized hospitals from Hungary.

(2)If hospitalization is free of charge (covered under the public healthcare insurance scheme), the Insured will receive a daily indemnity of [ RON 200]* per each hospitalization day for a maximum
of 21 days / year of insurance, to cover expenses related to necessary hygiene and dietary recommendations in order to restore health following the medical conditions that required
hospitalization, as well as the cost of medical services not covered by the public healthcare insurance up to the maximum limit of coverage specified in the insurance policy.
*[RON 450] per hospitalization day in case of selecting the Inpatient plan with the maximum limit of coverage of RON 100,000 .

In case of hospitalization of an Insured child dependant up to 14 years old, accommodation expenses for one attendant will be covered throughout the period when the Insured child is
hospitalized. The attendant-related costs will be deducted out of the limit of the inpatient plan applicable for the Insured child dependant.

Note: The waiting period applicable to the Outpatient and Inpatient plans according to the insurance conditions is:
- 30 days for the risk of illness;
- 180 days for the following categories of surgical intervention: cataract surgery, cochlear implant, correction of nasal septal deviation, hip arthroplasty, interventions on the knee
joint structures, ligamentoplasty, surgical treatment of uncomplicated abdominal hernias, cholecystectomy for uncomplicated gallstones, surgical treatment of lumbosacral
discopathy.

03. FEATURES

WHO CAN CONCLUDE THE INSURANCE?

• Individuals of 18 to 64 years old;
The Policyholder can include as Insured dependants the husband/wife (18-64 years old) and children (0-21 years
old).

categories (key personnel, management etc.)

TERRITORIAL COVERAGE AND VALIDITY

• the insurance is valid in Romania, except for the extension of the Inpatient Plan to hospitals in Hungary, with
reimbursement of costs to the insured.
• the insurance is valid for 1 year and is renewable.

PAYMENT DETAILS
