proofing of the Building/ Wing of the said Apartment.
After the completion of the Lifts, Water pumps, electrical fittings, Electro, Mechanical & 10
Environment requirements, Entrance lobby/s, plinth protection, paving of areas appertain
/external and all other requirements as may be prescribed in the Agreement of sale of the
building or wing in which the said Apartment is located.
At the time of handing over of the possession of the Apartment to the Allottee on or after 5
receipt of occupancy certificate or completion certificate.

Terms:-
1) The estimate is indicative and we reserve right to change without prior intimation.
2) No confirmation shall be presumed or inferred unless a signed Agreement to Sell is
executed upon payment of due consideration.
3) Stamp Duty, Registration, Service Tax,VAT, GST are approximate and will be payable at
actuals by purchaser.
4) Any other taxes not mentioned here in, if levied later would be payable at actuals by
purchaser.
5)Tds Should Be Deducted @ 1% Of Agreement Value And Vat By Purchaser And To Be
Deposited To Income Tax Dept By Purchaser
6) Cancellation charges Rs 1 lac would be deducted in case of cancellation
