SUBJECT: Clarification letter for the refusal of my student visa application.

Respected, Visa Officer,

I am Jaspreet kaur Sidhu presently a resident of, Punjab, India. I took admission to Cambrian college, Canada under the
program Environmental Monitoring & impact Assessment Graduate Certificate for September 2021 intake.

Reasons of Refusal

I am writing this letter as remonstration for the refusal of my student visa application. Firstly, I applied my study visa for
Canada on 2019 But unfortunately my visa was rejected on my visa application was refused due to the reason
that-“Purpose of visit”. And your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications,
previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic records, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future
prospects and plans”. It came to me as a surprise that my student visa application got rejected three times due to the
same reason .Then I Surfed over the Internet and came to know about the helpline number of Cambrian College (705-
566-8101) they guide me related to my course. Finally, I came to know the reason for my rejections and I was shocked
when I read my refusal letter my consultant who filled my visa insufficient way also my course was not related to my
precious education after deep researched I reloged my visa application again.

I have shown proofs via my academic records and my language ability test report to get admission in required course.
Hence I am writing to reconsider my student visa application and trying my best to clarify the reason for my refusal. Here
is my clarification for all the points mentioned it.

Proposed Programme :

I have secured my admission in Cambrian College, Canada under the program of Environmental Monitoring & impact
Assessment Graduate Certificate for September 2021 intake. As I have completed Bachelor of Science (Medical) stream.
I have keen interest in Science Professional field after that I searched on internet Different University and college in India
like, Punjab University, Lovely Professional University, Guru Nanak Dev University, etc but these Institutions focus more
on theory rather than practical. Indian education is a formality, part of routine; every Indian must get a degree of all
streams; whether I learn something or not. I have search a lot about courses and I think Environmental Monitoring &
impact Assessment Graduate Certificate program is best option for me because I always attract towards Environmental
Monitoring field. Because I have done my previous education in this stream and I Studied subject like Zoology (study of
animals and Human) Botany (Study of Plants) and which was my Favorite as I had some interesting topics to learn in it
like Hydrology, Ecology and many more. I also studied Chemistry and environmental Science in which I was provided
with profound knowledge about air pollution, water Pollution, Waste management, Environmental impact, quality
assessment. I always attract towards in this field and I think that I can make my future secure by doing this course. This
college teaches me to communicate effectively through the use of Environmental requires analytical skills and a strong
sense of professional ethics, all of which is covered in the program. This course will easily be able to manage their time
productively, adapting to various constraints and atypical schedules in the workplace. Also I have a keen interest in the l
Environmental impact assessment field. That is the main reason I choose Canada respectively. On the other hand, this
course will help me to understand and apply ethics other thing about this course and this program will provide me the
opportunities. This experience not only allows me to put classroom learning into practical, but will also provide valuable
contacts for my future career to participate in programs.

Academic Record:

I have completed my matriculation in the year of 2013 from ICSE Board with 67%. After that I completed my secondary
education in year 2015 from ISC with 67% in medical stream. I studied Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Physical
education as my basic subjects in senior secondary. After that I completed my Bachelors of Science (Medical) in 2018
under Panjab University and I studied subjects with Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Environmental studies in which I
learned some topics like Air Pollution, Hydrology, water pollution and remediation techniques, ecology etc. Then I
decided to pursue career in education field So, I finally opted for international education as it will help me to secure my
future. Then I appeared for IELTS exam on 1 st November 2018 and I got scored overall 7.5 Bands (Listening 8.5, Reading
8.5, Writing 6.5, Speaking 6.5). Subsequently my father deciding my marriage held on 05 April 2019 I got married after
marriage I expressed myself front of my In-Lows family and my husband because I want to get further education in
abroad. Luckily they are happily agreed with my decision. Afterwards I applied my visa but unfortunately I was rejected.
After refusal I searched on internet about my course and college. Moreover, I called helpline number of Cambrian
college campus using 705-566-8101 it help me and they guide me related to my course and my study purpose.
Subsequently, I decided to reapply My Visa Application in Cambrian College Under the program Environmental
Monitoring and impact Assessment- Graduation for September 2021 intake respectively.

Language abilities:

Then, I appeared for IELTS exam on 1st November 2018 and I got scored overall 7.5 Bands (Listening 8.5, Reading 8.5,
Writing 6.5, Speaking 6.5). Subsequently, I applied for 2018 intake for Northern Pure and Fleming College But, my visa
was rejected due to the reason of language abilities. I was shocked because I already done all the condition of language
ability. Well, I Prepared my Self again 29-August-2020 and I got scored overall 7.5 Bands (Listening 8.0, Reading 8.0,
Writing 6.5, Speaking 7.5) respectively.

Future prospect or plan:

I apologize sincerely for my earlier application and accept your valid reason for rejection . I do believe that after
completing the Environmental Monitoring and impact Assessment program from Cambrian College I will be able to get a
good job. There is a great demand in the private, government and educational sectors so the requirement of young and
talented employees will also be increased. I am quite intelligent to become a successful person in my given task. I am
confident that if I am given an opportunity, I will work with my full capacity in studies. I believe that qualification from
Canada will help me to achieve my carrier goals in my home country. With the help of this course, I can develop my
skills, etc. Secondly this course would help me to make me more innovative, creative, progressive and competitive.
Moreover, This Course offers tremendous job opportunities and I think I will earn a handsome salary because of the
international exposure & practical experience in this field.
I can choose initially to work in my home country respectively.
Based on the information I provide here, I genuinely request you to please reconsider my visa application and review. I
would really appreciate it and I hope to hear a positive response from you. Kindly grant me a student visa all the
