STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The ability to put my love of Marketing with my passion for cross cultural
understanding is a driving force behind my hopes to obtain MSc Marketing.
While improving my passion to integrate myself into the international business
space all these years, I have realized the reality behind this belief. Over the last
couple of years, digitization has led to a massive shift in marketing tactics and
principles. I would like to develop my mind deeper into marketing and
complete my programme from one of the leading universities in the UK. The
reason is that, the UK is one of the most commercially refined nations, and the
courses are perfectly in connected with the industry. The ………………
University offers this program to international students, and I have decided to
pursue this course from this institution. A berth in your university would
definitely mould my career in the desired way

As a person, I am self-motivated & goal-oriented. Academically, my

performance has shown consistency all these years. In 2012, I cleared my
Secondary Examinations under the CBSE Board, with a CGPA of 9.4. Next, I
bagged 83.75% marks in my Higher Secondary Examinations in 2014. After
that, I decided to pursue Bachelor of Technology, as I realized my skill traits.
Finally, I got myself admitted to the Amrita University (Coimbatore, India) with
a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication. In 2018 I got
graduated in Bachelor of Technology with a CGPA of 5.96. After completing my
bachelor's degree, I chose to pursue MBA at Anglia Ruskin University
(Cambridge, UK), and earned my degree by 2020 with an aggregate of 56.67%.

I have been always a quick learner, being methodical in all the process of
acquiring knowledge. I have been clear in meeting strict deadlines during my
academic projects, while focusing on my goals. My interpersonal and
intrapersonal skills and go-getter nature are complementary efforts to scale
higher into the industry. Being diligent I have made the most from the
opportunities I got to acquire practical skills during my graduation and post-
graduation course. Also, my past experiences and skills with the ones I am
about to acquire, I look forward to streamline my profile.

In my undergraduate years, I also served as a Project Coordinator, and

developed project schedules and strategies for cross-functional teams. For one
year (January-December 2018), I was employed as a pipeline tool engineer at a
company named ‘Mother Moon India’. In collaboration with supervisors, I
developed compositing tools to support existing projects and expand the
facility's capabilities, and created tools using custom libraries and Nuke's
Python API. I was also responsible for software requirements analysis, and
creating the data flow diagram and user-interface. During my MBA at Anglia
Ruskin University UK, I worked on two projects, ‘Impact of High Street Shops
on the Economy of the United Kingdom’, and ‘Consultancy report on the
Cambridge-based start-up `YOYO LET'S GO’. These projects needed
considerable investigation and assessment; my research skills on business risks
and evaluation of possible solutions could hence enhance. After the
completion of my Masters, I worked as a ‘Front-end Developer’ for ‘Victorious
Technologies’ (Slough, UK) from November 2020 to September 2021 and came
back to India after that.

a crucial juncture of my life, as I step towards greater professional goals. The
sophisticated ambience in the university will streamline my professional profile

I completely believe that this programme, MSc Marketing at your university
will channel my skills and potential towards my ultimate goal of becoming a
successful entrepreneur. The world class faculty, infrastructure and laboratory
facilities at the university will help me to gain a different perspective by
diminishing the gap between theoretical studies and practical experience. Your
dynamic curriculum will help to gain a foundational understanding of the
management field and help the students including me to develop our analytical
skills in an early stage.

I strongly believe that the degree which I will get from …………………University
will provide me with good opportunities in the global workplace and enhances
my career. Since India is a developing country and we have huge potential in
most of the sectors in the present day, be it any sector. Therefore, soon after
the completion of my programme, I will be returning back to my home country
with quality academic and work experiences to start my professional career in
the management field. After completion of my programme in the UK, with
knowledge in mind and degree in hand, I look forward to returning back to my
home country India where certain responsibilities are there towards me to
fulfil my parent’s dreams.
