Technical test card (Stt card)

The Stt card (or technical test card) will provide you with important information regarding the printer: serial number,
firmware version, print head kit number, position of the image, number of printed lines, number of cleaning cycles and
numeric values of different sensors.

 How to print it?


Check if ribbon and card are present in the printer
For Tattoo, Pebble, Dualys, Quantum, Securion models, Open the Driver properties/Tools
For Zenius and Primacy models, Print center properties/System details/Testing cards
Click on the Technical Test Card button
The Stt command can be also used to print it

Firmware Version : Firmware version

Print Head Kit N : Print head kit number ( N°: Number of replacement)

X-Y-Smart Offsets : X offset value - Y offset value - Smart offset value

Printed Lines L/W : Vertical printed lines/Horizontal printed lines

Inserted Cards 1: Number of inserted cards with the last print head G: Global number of inserted cards
Average number of printed panels for 1 card

Cleaning Cycles H : Number of cleaning cycles / Maximum number of inserted cards between 2 cleaning cycles
With the last installed print head

Cleaning Cycles G : Number of cleaning cycles / Maximum number of inserted cards between 2 cleaning cycles
