National Governance
 It is a governance in which controls a nation.
Local Governance
 It concerns is within the community or city under their responsibility, its example is under
the local government unit, the provinces, independent cities, component cities and
municipalities, and barangays.
Corporate Governance
 It is the governance within a company, its concerns is the employee, stake holders
and/other member of a company.

Give what is their difference.

 The difference of this three governance is their concerns and control, the national
governance controls a nation it can also controls both local and corporate governance
while local governance concerns is within its LGU’s level it may also follow order from
the national governance , and corporate governance controls is in the corporate
concerns and its social obligations.
2. What is Ethics? Then what is Business Ethics?
 Ethics is about doing what is right or wrong
 Business ethics is concerns about what you do on business it may result to good
outcome or bad outcome due to the person’s action or behavior.
3. What is Risk? What is internal Control? What is the relationship between Risk and
internal Control?
 Risk is when the person expose on danger
 Internal control is a process designed to provide reasonable assurance and information

The relationship between risk and internal control is that internal control provide
reasonable assurance that risk to the achievement of organizational objectives are at
acceptable levels.
