In a Rule of law there are principals and procedures Wich are guarantee of freedom of individuals in

political life,if we sum it up Goverment is connected to the laws and Goverment can rule it,it means that
nation of law is opssed to police or despotic state.

In the Goverment of democracy every individual is equal,as well as Goverment emloyes,it means that
rule of law is always founded on respect of Constitution,if people can be ruled citizens they can take a
part in political life too.

In the Constitution of a Democratic State of Law, the notion of ―independence of the judiciary‖

is well rooted.it means that judiciary is different to executive and legislative powers,this is the power
Wich enforces law,but the legislative

one assigns the power to put forward bills and to turn them into laws.

We need to make sure that judiciary keeps the monopoly of the verdict.what is the use of an acused
being declared as an inoccent by judge,but police still aresting him?it means that judge had an right to
do that.

right of security exists too,wich means every action of goverment must be measured nad people of the
country must be informed,no one can be sancioned.

if any citizen thinks that judges action is unfair they have rights to make them verify the act.

DESERTS

There are some of the codlest and hottest places in our planet we call this places desert,every continent
has a desert except europe,biggest desert called sahara wich means wilderness in arabic this place is
across north africa to red sea to atlantic ocean,this kind of places have only 250 milimiters of rain per
year.years ago there was a river systems,cave painting and animals living in this territory,the size of thi
kind of placesw are always changing but las 100 years deserts are growing really fast,biggest reason of
creating deserts is human,this procces called desertification,it all starts with small desert then it merges
to other places with high temperatures and strong wind and its how huge deserts are creating,after this
procces nothing is going to grow in this kind of place,this procces is accelerated by the human.when
animals eat the vegetation of the land,it losts its protective cover and its easy for this kind of terittory to
get eroded.second biggest cause of desertification is using river water for the crops,when first terirotery
gets water it means that the second place lost the water,it makes the plants to die off,at this time two
deserts may merge to each other,deforestation has a same motive as a desertification,years ago people
used wood to build houses and also use them to get warm but it hits differently to smaler plants in the
forest,smaller plants need shade of bigger trees and the leaves are helping them to live,it means that
smaller plants die.
